Quake Army Knife, usually refered to as QuArK, is a professional interior creator, open source. Even though it takes 3 packs to install, using it is pretty simple. It is only available for Windows. See QuArK Guide for usage.

Constuctor is avalible for both Mac and Windows, and is the only option for Mac users. Unlike QuArK, it's very easy to set up, but is more difficult to use and can be a bit buggier. See Constructor Guide for usage.
